Designers and developers don't always see eye to eye, so I put myself in a developer's shoes and learned to code. Now when I design, I think how it will be built. This helps me create designs that solve real problems, are visually engaging, and are realistic to implement. I excel in cross-functional communication because I understand the value each role brings.
