I enjoy designing things I’m passionate about, like figure skating or making learning design accessible to those entering the field. I’ll code if I need to, but I prefer to focus on the design side of things. Learning to code, however, has made me a better designer. I learned how to use Astro during the process of coding this portfolio and I love it because the component structure is so similar to Figma.
Aside from design, you'll find me at the ice rink, training calisthenics, making TikTok videos, or knitting something for my Shih Tzu, Princess. I started figure skating as an adult 4 years ago and enjoy making progress videos of my skating. Calisthenics helps improve my strength, balance, and flexibility to improve my skating performance.
