After creating a mid-fidelity mobile prototype in Figma, I tested my user flows with 6 users via Zoom on desktop.
I recorded the tests and wrote down observations and quotes onto sticky notes which I organized into 4 categories: errors, positive quotes, negative quotes, and observations.
I organized this information into a rainbow spreadsheet to look for common issues to fix in my next design iteration.
The spreadsheet shows the frequency with which users encountered each problem.
I also timed the users on each task and had them rate their satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 7. I used this information to rank the issues by severity based on Jakob Nielson’s severity scale.
Next, I asked 4 other UX designers to provide feedback on my design.
Finally, I organized all the project assets into a design system to ensure unity in future iterations.
